Hanging Fire(main idea, elements)

The poem "Hanging Fire" is showing a loneliness and a boy has been left behind or neglected. I can tell the poet really want to express the feeling of how the boy had been neglected, because the poet always has repeat this line more than once, "and momma's in the bedroom with the door closed".
The form of this poem is stanzas, because this poem is all in little paragraphs. The speaker of this poem is a boy who feels left behind, and his feeling is like he had done so well, but he just didn't get the things that he expect or wanted.
I don't think this poem rhymes, maybe a little bit of it rhymes, the line where it says "and momma's in the bedroom with the door closed" might rhyme, but that will be the only thing that rhymes in the poem.
There are quite a lot imagery in the poem, and it's like the entire poem is filled with imagery. For example, "how come my knees are always so ashy" is a great imagery too. The most popular line, "and momma's in the bedroom with the door closed" is also a big imagery too.
